Chrisann, thank you soooo much! I didn't think my wife and I could get better for less as the story goes, but we did. We were having payment and date of month issues almost across the board. When I talked to Chrisann about our problem, she not only changed our payment date to one that fixed our situation, she was able to upgrade us from basic to the next level coverage policy for $20.00 less than the basic coverage we currently had. I am moving from Dallas, TX to Atlanta, GA and called the Lloyd Pro Group Insurance to continue my business relationship with Nationwide Insurance.
