Attorney William R Jenkins represented his client, Private Lender, Vivian Rivera and may benefit from the equity in my property located in Rex Georgia by creating a lawsuit with extremely overinflated fees for a case that only required him to prepare a Security Deed and Note. The private Lender failed to provide a Security Deed and Note when I purchased and closed on the the property on November 21, 2014. Attorney Jenkins included his fees of $28,169.20 in my payoff, when I attempted to sell and close on the home on September 15, 2015. This attorney refused to answer any attempts to contact him to rectify the payoff. He had no Court Order authorizing him to do so, which is required by the State Bar of Georgia rules and I never agreed to pay his fees, telling him verbally as well as in writing when he put that in the lawsuit. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY! If there was a below zero rating I would put that, however this site forces you to give a star rating.
