Huff, Powell & Bailey, LLC is a trial law firm founded in July 2003 by Daniel J. Huff, R. Page Powell, Jr., and M. Scott Bailey. The firm focuses exclusively on complex civil litigation and specializes in the defense and trial of high risk cases with significant exposure. The attorneys of Huff, Powell & Bailey, LLC have particular expertise defending medical malpractice cases against healthcare professionals and organizations, and product liability cases against automobile, medical device and other product manufacturers. The firm maintains an active trial practice, averaging 10-15 jury trials per year in state and federal courts throughout Georgia, and the firm's attorneys pride themselves on their willingness and ability to take any case to trial in any venue. In addition to the three founding members, Huff, Powell & Bailey, LLC currently has four additional partners:, Julye Johns, and Jeffrey D. Braintwain.
