Great Dinner Menu and Great Service.

Let me try and explain why I am writing this review. My husband and I had dinner somewhere else. The food and service was so horrible that I had to write a letter to that restaurant owner. Then it hit me every single time that I ate at your restaurant the food was incredible the waiters and waitress were friendly, professional, knowledgable. It hit me that not only should I write about a negative experience I had, but I should also write about all my wonderful experiences I have dining at your restaurant. I know that when I enter your door I will have a great meal. There are no surprises just wonderful time, food and courtesy people. Thank you so much!

I've always eaten at Houstons and been totally satisfied, but today, my family ate at the Houstons on Peachtree, and we were very disappointed. Our $23 rib plate was burnt on the underside, my husbands hamburger was average at best, and my baked potatoe was not fully cooked. My salmon was delicious, though, and so were the roasted vegetables. I seem to remember that at one time a salad was included with a meal, but it was not today. Perhaps they've just changed. The service was wonderful--that much hasn't changed. And, perhaps the Peachtree location isn't their most successful one, though it was crowded somewhat. Anyway, I'm just thankful we got out for $54; my daugher and I shared an entree. We were just disappointed with the quality, especially since we remember having many a fine meal there in the past.
