Dr. Patel completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia where he earned a B.S. in biology and graduated with the highest distinction. He then continued his education at the University of Virginia where he earned his medical degree. Dr. Patel went on to complete his Urology residency at Northwestern University in Chicago, where he received the 2021 Dr. Leander W. Riba Award given to the graduating resident who exemplified compassionate patient care.

  Dr. Andrew Pridjian is a fellowship-trained urologist specializing in the minimally invasive treatment of urologic cancers and benign conditions. He is especially skilled in robotic surgery for invasive bladder cancer, kidney cancer, testicular cancer, and prostate cancer. He received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While there, he was elected as president of the Student Council as well as president of the Urology Society. After completing his internship in general surgery at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, Dr. Pridjian headed back to Philadelphia to complete his residency training in urology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital where he served as chief resident in the Urology Department in his final year.

  Leslie focuses upon a patient-centered approach to care, where she strives to ensure that her patients are well educated about their urology conditions so they can make care decisions that best meet their specific needs and goals. She treats patients with a variety of urologic conditions such as difficulty urinating due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) or an overactive bladder, recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs), interstitial cystitis (IC) and kidney stones. Leslie is a member of the Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates (SUNA) and the American Urologic Association.

  Dr. Green's medical specialties include treatment of male and female incontinence with special emphasis on female pelvic reconstruction.   Dr. Joan Hader is a board-certified urologist with over 30 years of experience treating women and men with urologic disorders. Dr. Hader graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from the University of Georgia where she attained membership in the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and the Chemistry Honor Society. She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia and completed her internship in general surgery at the University of Maryland Medical System, Baltimore, Maryland.

  Following his residency, Dr. Pridjian returned to Los Angeles, California to complete a fellowship at the University of Southern California (USC) in advanced robotic surgery and urologic oncology. At USC, he had the opportunity to learn from some of the most experienced robotic surgeons in the world, including Dr. Inderbir Gill, and gained extensive experience in the minimally invasive treatment of benign and malignant urologic disease. Additionally, at USC he served as a clinical instructor for education.
