Dr. Quraishi was raised in Queens, NY. Her clinical training began with 2 years of pediatric residency at Tod’s Children’s Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio and then an additional 3 years of Child Neurology residency at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. During her residency training, she found that good sleep quality and quantity is very important in improving neurological problems as well as maintaining good overall health for both the mind and body. She then completed an additional 1-year fellowship in Sleep Medicine at Cleveland Clinic. Following her residency and fellowship training, Dr. Quraishi moved to Atlanta, GA, where she has been practicing medicine since 2006. Dr. Quraishi’s prior experiences include working as a consulting physician at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Northside Hospital Atlanta in addition to her outpatient pediatric neurology and sleep clinics. In her free time, Dr. Quraishi enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and friends. Dr. Quraishi is a member of the professional staff at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Northside Hospital-Atlanta Campus, and WellStar Windy Hill Hospital. She is also a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

Small office with a very nice Doctor and staff
Dr. Quraishi took the time to meet with us in great length. She made us feel like we were her only patients for the whole day. She took the time to speak to us and our son. She asked detailed, thorough questions and asked questions about his history. We could not be happier that we found Dr. Qurasishi for our family.

I was very hesitant to go to a sleep specialist, because I did not believe that I was a candidate for sleep apnea. Dr. Quraishi is working with me to help my insomnia, listens, has a caring staff (that can make or break a provider IMHO), and is up-to-date with a portal. I'd recommend her.
The entire staff is always so friendly and responsive. Answers all questions and Dr. Quraishi truly cares about her patients.

Dr.Q has helped us manage our 7 year old son's new diagnosis of ADHD. She listened to all our concerns and answered all our questions clearly. The patient portal makes it so easy to ask questions I forgot to ask in the visit and she gets back to me right away. We are so grateful we found Dr.Q! My son has been a patient of Dr. GQ's for years. She is always so patient and willing to spend the time to answer any and all questions I might have. Super quick response to messages- I forgot to have a Rx refilled for camp. I left a msg on the portal after 5 p.m. the night before he left for camp. My pharmacy called 30 minutes later with the new script filled. Her office staff / nursing staff are warm and kind. I would recommend her to anyone in need of great doctor.
