Two cars in line but waited at the drive thru for over 10 minutes to order 1 bagel!!!!!!

TERRIBLE! Their drive thru is the worse! I use them a lot for catering for clients and I usually just shake my head at their constant ability to make the customer wait. However, this morning took the cake. After 17 minutes in the drive thru line, they gave me the wrong order which I didn't realize until I got into the office. Thank goodness this mornings order was just for me and not for a client! When I called to complain the manager said "we're just really busy this morning". Don't they specilaize in breakfasts and usually are busy in the morning? Since they aren't open in the evening, call me crazy, shouldn't they have mastered the art of being able to handle the breakfasts crowd? I
