A Family Oriented Environment: As a husband and wife teaching team, we pride ourselves on maintaining a family-friendly atomosphere. We have 18 years experience in teaching adults and children in various environments. Total Body Fitness: You don't have to be a fitness guru to train with us. Cardio, Strength, Agility, Balance...we train you for all this and more. As you progress, you will learn to push yourself to new heights.
