Dunwoody Urgent Care has been Board-Certified Emergency Physician owned and operated since it was founded by Casey Locarnini, M.D. in 2005. We are a true medical practice, and we have treated many of your families, friends and neighbors in the Dunwoody area and beyond. We also believe strongly in the importance of community involvement and are long-time sponsors/supporters of local schools and community events.

Dunwoody Urgent Care offers complete wound and injury care (including X-rays, suturing and splinting), treatment of sinus infections, sore throats, bronchitis, and asthma, IV fluids for dehydration, flu shots, physical examinations for school, sports or work, and both rapid and send-out laboratory testing. We have a state-of-the-art Digital Radiography system, and our X-ray readings are confirmed by a Radiologist.
