- Pediatric CareWhether you’re new to North Atlanta Pediatrics or you’re an existing patient, our goal is to have an informative website with all the resources you need. On this page you’ll find forms to download and fill out for various purposes, insurance information, policy details, and more. If you have any additional questions about your child’s care, feel free to call our staff and we’ll be happy to help.
- Primary CareIf you have a plan that requires a primary care physician (usually an HMO or POS), you must specify your selection to the insurance company. The majority of companies will not back-date a primary care physician selection, so it is important that your choice is specified before you are seen by one of our providers in order for the claim to process correctly. Some of the newer plans have an option where a primary care physician is not required; however, specialist copayments may apply.
- Ear InfectionsWonderful experience. We were caring for our 2-year-old granddaughter, and she was just miserable with an ear infection that followed a long cold. We did not have an appointment, but her dad called ahead, and we got in on a moment's notice, had a great visit with the very personable Dr. Weiss, and got her the antibiotics she needed. Even the parking was easy.

- ImmunizationsEach year, the immunization schedules are evaluated by top experts and pediatric specialists throughout the country, using the most up-to-date knowledge and research to make any possible improvements. For this reason, it’s important that parents speak with their board-certified pediatrician to find out the current recommendations and to schedule their child’s immunizations.
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)Effective January 1, 2021, in lieu of our per forms charge and other supplemental charges, North Atlanta Pediatric Associates will assess an annual administrative fee to our patient accounts. The fee will be $20 per patient with a family maximum of $50. This fee will ensure that our patients have access to our own 24-hour nurse advice line, care coordination/referrals, and completion of standard school, camp, and sports physical forms within 72 business hours.
