- Male InfertilityAs experts in fertility, we are here to make sure you get the best treatment and care available. We understand that infertility testing and treatment is difficult on both partners for a variety of reasons. We offer free weekly support groups for our patients or can make a referral to an emotional health expert who specializes in infertility. - ImmunizationsRubella Titer - A blood test that determines if the patient is immune to rubella (German measles). If immunity is not present, the patient may be advised to have a rubella vaccination and wait one month before attempting pregnancy.
- GynecologyLaura LeMay joined ACRM in 2003 after working in an obstetrics and gynecology practice in the Atlanta area for 16 years where she saw a broad range of patients. She received her undergraduate degree in 1984 in Zoology from Miami University of Oxford, Ohio and her Physician Assistants degree in 1986 from Kettering College of Medical Arts in Kettering, Ohio. She is a board certified Physician Assistant and is licensed in the State of Georgia. She is a member of American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and Georgia Association of Physician Assistants (GAPA). She is responsible for nursing management at our Atlanta - Buckhead and Marietta locations. She provides daily monitoring ultrasounds at both our Atlanta – Buckhead and Atlanta - Perimeter locations. In addition, she performs HSG evaluations and manages both RE and IVF patients.
- Female InfertilityHuman Menopausal Gonadotropin (HMG) - A natural product containing both human FSH and LH. The hormones are extracted from the urine of postmenopausal women. The drug is used to treat both male and female infertility and to stimulate the development of multiple oocytes.

- Mental HealthPhase 2: This multistep phase involves taking some additional bloodwork, assessing the applicant’s medical history (including genetic screening and family history information). The applicant will be provided with a referral for a personality assessment inventory (PAI) test during a consultation with a mental health professional.

- UltrasoundMirrin Reagan received her undergraduate degree in nursing at Emory University and completed her graduate training at Georgia State University where she received her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in a dual degree program as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Perinatology and a Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) in Women's Health. She is a board certified Nurse Practitioner and is licensed in the State of Georgia. Mirrin joined ACRM in 2003 and has worked as an IVF Nurse, Third Party Reproduction Coordinator and as the Director of Clinical Services. She returned to her role as Third Party Reproduction Coordinator in 2013. She cares for patients seeking Egg Donor IVF treatment using gestational carriers and supervises Egg Donor screening. In addition, she performs ultrasound monitoring and hysterosalpingograms at the Atlanta - Perimeter office location.

- Minimally Invasive SurgeryOccasionally, ACRM patients require reproductive surgery to enhance their chance of conceiving. ACRM is the only Atlanta infertility treatment clinic that offers minimally invasive surgery using the technologically advanced da Vinci Surgical System. Dr. Robin Fogle has undergone extensive training in order to use and make this state-of-the-art robotic surgical system available to ACRM patients.
- Robotic SurgeryRobotic Surgery - A form of laparoscopic surgery which incorporates the use of the DaVinci surgical system. This allows for major abdominal surgery to be performed through small abdominal incisions. This results in faster recovery and decreased pain for patients in most situations. Not all patients are candidates for robotic surgery.
- LaparoscopyGamete Intrafallopian Tube Transfer (GIFT) - A procedure similar to IVF except that the sperm and eggs are placed inside a catheter, separated by an air bubble, and then transferred inside a woman's fallopian tube, where fertilization takes place. This can be done only in women with at least one normal tube and requires a laparoscopy. This procedure is no longer performed today.
