Brought my clothes here and I can't be more fully satisfied with the results. Definitely, this lanudry service is one of the bests if not the best!

I hate to jinx a good thing, but we have used Clothing Care for years and have never had a broken button or mystery stain. Also, their excellent staff will call if there is a problem with an item so we've never gotten back a pair of pants with a hem or seam that needed repair which we had not noticed at drop off. Great alterations, too.
A burnt shirt My white dress shirt was returned with burnt marks across the upper back - all the way from the left sleeve extending to the right sleeve. I took the shirt back and the owner said that it is impossible that they would have done it. He refused to do anything to help with the situation. After 10 minutes of going around and around, I finally told him that it is very simple. I will report you to the Better Business Bureau and you will loose my family's business, which happened in the end. VERY POOR SERVICE, and I hated the way I was spoken to.
Don't go there. They are rude and don't accept responsibility when they mess up. They ruined a suit of mine. It had a simple makeup stain on the collar, the type I've had removed before from other clothing. When I went to pick it up they passed the suit off as it they had done the job. But when I checked the clothing before paying for it I found, the collar was brown, splotchy and looked like they had soaked it in muddy water. When I asked them to fix it, it came back worse than before. They had ruined the suit and when I asked for restitution they told me I had brought the suit in filthy and that they should charge me double since they had had to work so hard to try to clean it. They refused to do anything to make the situation right and told me I could just go see a lawyer.
