I work with my clients to tailor their psychotherapy. Together, we build on their strengths, consider their backgrounds and concerns, & create a process that will lead to less emotional pain, better self-awareness, more consistent management of stress, and general health. Our process may include a mixture of conversation, cognitive behavior therapy, imagery, journaling, art, & workbooks.
