If you are a professional and think you are going to save money with Cartridge World, think again. After using the refill from this location the first time and having problems with the ink, I was told that it was my printer. So I went and purchased a new mfr cartridge and everything worked fine. Sympathetically, I gave the store another chance to refill several cartridges and again I had problems with the cartridges. Not only have I wasted money on the cartridges, but I have lost hours and hours of time, lots of high quality printer paper and possibly a client because I had a deadline that I failed to meet. DO NOT USE Cartridge World. If you do, don't say you weren't warned. HORRIBLE!!!!
