Our apartments in Old Fourth Ward were designed with you in mind - perfect for entertaining with friends or enjoying a quiet night in. Camden Fourth Ward's saltwater pool and outdoor grilling area are just a few of the amenities you can look forward to. All of our homes include high-speed internet and digital cable in your total monthly rent - these services are available to you on move-in day. We partner with Vero, a third-party screening company, to verify the identity and income of all applicants. Camden residents can take advantage of an exclusive discount with CORT to rent furniture and accessories for your apartment home. As an Airbnb-friendly community, residents can host their apartment home on Airbnb part-time, up to 90 days per year. (Hosting is subject to local laws and regulations.) We love that the gym has a personal trainer and that the place looks clean. The coffee in the leasing office is also a nice perk. Hoping that the level of cleanliness and livability continues to go up! Also hoping no construction goes on nearby. Thank you.
