Bought an umbrella from this company through QVC. The product was damaged so I tried to email this company 3 different times and wouldn't go through so I decoded to go on their website to send an email but even that wouldn't go through so I wonder if this is even a company when you can't get ahold of them at all and they give you a 90 day warranty but when toy can't get ahold of them is going back through QVC.
