The 1-star is for the pay other than this...this organization lacks everything else from management, organization, professionalism, integrity, consideration...to simply getting paid in a timely manner. It is really a shame as it does have potential to be a better business but I do not foresee this happening in the near future. may want to start with the riddance of micro-managing...just saying. No recommendation on my behalf.

From an employee point of view this agency could use some work in organization, professionalism, and punctuality. The benefits are non-existing unless you are given a patient that needs 40 hours a week or more care for a consecutive 3 months, they don't have many. Also if your patient no longer needs or can afford the services it takes forever to get another case, they don't get seem to take your availability or geographical location into consideration, and its always short notice. The pay is excellent and the cases for the most part were pleasant. I would not recommend this business as a good employer for people with children or long term career, best for students and pt work.
