We order every week... 3 mins down the street.. 1 hour later.. Ok BUT FOOD WAS COLD re ordered fries and onion rings.. Another 45 mins called to cancel order(now it's to late) manager said no refund oh well... and hung up ,.. The male manager is awful. The lady is amazing ... Service and quality has gone down dramatically They need to go back to where they started HIGH QUALITY GREAT FOOD GREAT SERVICE

Tonight my sister and I ordered the large roast beef sandwiches and had them delivered. We order from you a lot. The onion bun was dry and flat and the beef was dry even with mayo.

who in their right mind closes a restaurant for 2 weeks after being opened for a couple of months. I will never order or eat there again. The food has a lot to be desired. Closing for a vacation has left a bad taste in my mouth and advise all others not to eat there.

Beats Giovanni's by a mile! I agree with others that the roast beef is fantastic, haven't tried the pizza but my husband has and loves it. My only 2 minor criticisms would be: 1) they only take credit cards orders in person and not over the phone for delivery orders 2) It would be nice if you could just give them your phone number and automatically come up in the system, instead of having to give the street address everytime. Also, you have to ask for the order amount, which they have to put you on hold to tally.

Best sandwich shop in town. Excellent food, friendly family staff and my kids love it. Roast beef rivals that of Harrison's in No Andover. Plates are plentiful, pizza is fantastic, onion rings are amazing. Glad to have them in town. Finally a go to place for takeout.

Great food! Seriously great. We love roast beef the right way (melt in your mouth, vinegar BBQ sauce, tangy mayo, etc) and have tried all the local places (Giovanni's, Romano's, Dillans, etc). Nothing beats AHOP! Haven't tried other sandwiches yet, but the plates (chix fingers, etc) are also amazing. The pizza is like a cross between an Italian and Greek style. Not out of this world, but it won't disappoint. We just like Italian style, so this is only close. The only feedback is their HVAC (why it got 4 vs 5 stars). It could be cooler (much cooler). We've been there twice and twice it's been well over 80 degrees (85 the first time, and 83 the second time). Not sure if their AC doesn't work yet, or they just have thin blood, but it makes it uncomfortable. Not sure I'll keep going if that isn't solved, so hopefully it is. But again, really great food, very nice staff, and a really warm (no pun intended) and cozy environment. A very welcome addition to our small town of Atkinson
