I've had service performed there and purchased a vehicle from them as well, and on both counts they are top-notch in my book. When it comes to any vehicle issues, this where I go for complete satisfaction.

They say 3rd times a charm. Every time we took our vehicle in we told the Service Dept. that our auto headlight dimmers didn't work and that they didn't turn when we went around a curve. Every time we took the vehicle in they told us that YES everything works, we tested everything and it all check out. [violative content deleted]. On our 3rd time in to "check the headlights" my husband told them that he was going to watch them check everything. Come to find out...the headlights were not plugged in, yet they ALWAYS told us that they check everything and all was good. As soon as our factory warranty is up, we will NEVER go back to them.

I called a week in advance to make an appointment to have the oil changed, tires rotated and a few other things looked at. I dropped off my car that morning. They had a loaner car for me but there wasn't any gas in it. I asked if they could put some gas in the car and I was informed that they didn't provide gas for their loaner cars. I called 4hrs later to see if any progress had been made on my car and I was interrupted and told very rudely that they would get to it when they could and that they would call me once they started working on my car. Well past closing time and still no call. What is the point in making an appointment if it doesn't matter?

I have purchased four vehicles from L&M Motors and would never buy from anyone else! They provide outstanding customer service and the best prices.
