      avoid if possible

      incorrectly billed me twice. overcharged me at least two times. i am not sure if they are inexperienced or what. when i called fedex about the billing error, they couldn't help me despite having the receipts. they want the "green" sheets. as for the overcharged bills, i mail via fedex twice a month to the same address. there was an $1.50 charge difference on at least one occassion. the clerk said it was due to a fuel surcharge!!! i do not use the other services so i will not comment on them. good luck if you are interested inusing them vs the postal service. good luck. hey, now i am forced to click on a least one good thing to say about them?
