They do excellent repair work. I have gone there 2 times. They were able to repair my town & country when 3 shops weren't able to find the problem. They repaired my SX4 and gave me an estimate for costs on the other issues it had. It's a busy shop and any one who deals with the public on a regular basis knows how taxing that can be. Mechanic does an excellent job and the costs are reasonable. I will be going back to this shop in the future. It's an honest shop & very competent shop with reasonable prices. And that is a rare auto repair shop in deed in this day and age.

Took my car in for a oil change they said it would be 45 mins at most waited 2 hours. And when my car was done they never told me till I kept asking which made me miss a serious doctor apt . unsatisfied customer.

I would not even give them a 1 star if I could. Very rude customer service when asking how much it cost to redeem personal things from car wreck.100 and they need the state troopers to call n say it's released even if you have the release from the trooper.we don't need to see the paper work I don't care I'm waiting for them to call.their nothing but a joke.older man married go tttt approx 180 45 years old shaved head.

They do good work, which is the most important thing, but be sure to ask how long it will take to do repairs if you have someone drop you off! I wasn't told anything---not that the techs would be going to lunch---so I waited 2.5 hours. No one talked to me or let me know the progress on my car, not "Sorry for your wait", nothing. Not friendly to customers!
