They made me (and my mom) a happy customer! This past winter I went to Glen's to see if they can help me get my mom set up with some carpeting and wood laminate flooring. She's in a wheelchair and has a hard time getting around and cleaning has been difficult for her with the lower quality carpeting she used to have so I wanted to treat her to something better and simpler to care for.



First, I took a really long time deciding what to get for her. Glen and his staff were so accommodating & patient with me as I hemmed & hawed over price, quality, location of laminate flooring versus carpeting and finding complimentary colors. They gave me some great advice about which colors would look best together too. Once my order was complete, they were really good about communicating with me about their pending work dates. The materials arrived close to Christmas but they still made it a priority to get this job done.



I was a bit concerned about the comfort of my mom while they installed the flooring because she has special needs and is confined to a wheelchair/bed, but the guys who did the work helped my mom stay comfortable and she really liked them, which is not typical.



They worked swiftly and the quality of their work was also excellent. When I visited my mom a week after the installation, I was very impressed. It looks great, the colors are perfect, the quality is noticeably better and the apartment is now so much easier to keep clean! My mom still raves about it and her visitors do too. I'm so happy that they made my mom so happy!
