I used Michael's because the previous owner had a heating system installed by them. I figured I would stick with the same company. Wrong choice. The employees are very nice (like used car salesmen nice). I had to have them come in to relight my gas heater. While they were here they sold me a new thermostat because mine was the old turn dial type. I figured I needed an updated one so I said go ahead. They overcharged me for the thermostat, and also for the labor. That was just the beginning of my problems. From then on I couldn't switch the air conditioning to heat, or the heat to the air conditioning without the wires shorting out. Every six months they would come and switch the wires around so either the heat or air would work. Each time they came in they would tell me it was a different problem and charge me for it. (they did give me ONE free call). I finally said enough is enough and switched companies.
