If you are looking for somebody just sitting at a chair and listening to you and never giving any insight, then go forward. If you are a mother of a troubled teenager, then this is NOT your best choice. He won't offer any suggestions, he is ignorant of resources outside his office, he is not willing to recognize when the problems he is faced with are above and beyond his talents. Absolutely no help at all.
