Not pleased with this bank at the moment. I have access to my online account but my card is being declined and I can't withdraw money. My funds are sufficient and if there was a possible incident of fraud or theft, I am aware that I should be contacted via phone or email and/or receive an alert in my message system on my online account. Also, first Madison bank should also consider obtaining a 24 hour customer service for situations like this.
