      I carried a FED X package return to Athens Pak Mail for a refusal to accept and contacted the Company that claimed they could not could not refund my Money ($350.00) because they could not find where the package had been delivered back to them. I returned to Pak Mail 6 wks later and explained to Khrystalline and Kenna (new managemend) my predicament and they remembered me (a rather large box) So after 2 days of research with FED X Hub in Madison, they were able to find the tracking number and the person named that signed for the return of my package. To carry it one step further when I called the company to give the information for tracking it seems that FED X has sent them the information as well. I am one more Happy person because my checking account is reflecting the $350.00 refund. Athens PAK MAIL YOU ROCK!!!!!! Thanks for solving this mystery for me. Sincerely, A Very Satisifed Customer
