Hello all at Osbornes, My wife and I wanted to pass along our appreciation for the absolutely great support and assistance we received from your store, by way of Ms. Amanda Wittke-Fredericks during the month of November this year. Amanda was very helpful, professional and pleasant to work with when we brought in several pieces of my wifes jewelry to be repaired or resized. She really made my wife feel comfortable with leaving her jewelry in your possession while it was being repaired. We have been coming in to Osbornes over the past several years when we felt the urge to purchase jewelry and have always been impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by your staff. My wife and I are not high dollar customers, but Amanda made us feel right at home and it is appreciated. You can count on our return business in the future.
