I think they are out of business. Their phone is disconnected and their website is down. It does not surprise me too much. 11 years of experience as a chiropracter, an office staff that cannot seem to bill insurance correctly (about 1/2 of their submittals were rejected at least once), plus a new-age (unlicensed) physical therapist, is not that great of a business plan for success. The DX-9000 has helped many many people when used correctly. Unfortunately, it caused serious injury here. Let the buyer beware, lest a patient become a victim.
