Waited 20 minutes before I was seen. They have a 24 hour cancellation policy, but they broke the app for my cleaning at 3pm and didn't even take me back till 3:20pm. So should I charge some money for them messing up my schedule since they will charge me if I do it to them?????!!!! Totally not fair and wrong. Why make an appointment?!
