Learn ACLS, LLC is proud to be an Official Training Center for the American Heart Association (AHA) and American Red Cross. Our curriculums are available to anyone, healthcare and non-healthcare professionals alike. Advanced Cardiac Life Support Original: The one session AHA program is designed for the experienced Healthcare Professional who may have let their ACLS certification lapse or maintains an understanding of the care and management of a patient in cardiopulmonary arrest, a peri-arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies. This comprehensive program incorporates a newly formatted multi-media approach to the presentation of the didactic material which is then reinforced by an intensive practical skills component. This course is scheduled from 8:30 am ? 6 pm and a certificate and CEH?s will be awarded upon successfully completion of the program. (Please be advised that the ACLS course DOES NOT replace the BLS course. A current BLS certification is still required. BLS recertification can be included in this program.) Pediatric Advance Life Support Original Course: This classroom-based course uses a scenario-based, team approach to teach pediatric emergency management of patients approaching or already in respiratory or cardiac arrest. This classroom, video-based, Instructor-led course uses a series of simulated pediatric emergencies to reinforce the important concepts of a systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, PALS treatment algorithms, effective resuscitation and team dynamics. The goal of the PALS Course is to improve the quality of care provided to seriously ill or injured children, resulting in improved outcomes. Basic Cardiac Life Support Original (Healthcare Provider): In this classroom-based course, healthcare professionals learn to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR to victims of all ages, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner The Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers Classroom Course is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner.
