Did a bad job on flooring in our home. Put nails in flooring where they should not be. Our expensive floor has gaps in it because he was in a rush to get to his next job. Most of our home received new flooring and now he has the nerve to say we damaged a cracked area of the new flooring. We also have bubble areas in the new flooring which were pointed out to Jim before the flooring was completed. He just wanted to get the job done. I paid him extra in good faith for a tile floor that was removed because of the labor involved. He charged me for straps used to deliver the flooring and kept them. I have receipts proving this is true. Then turns around and says they did extra work elsewhere and says he did not charge for this labor. He had no problem asking for extra money to remove the tile floor but then indicates he should have charged more for other work in an email stating he will not return to fix the flooring issues he was aware of! Shady indeed!! No way to run a business!!!
