i.e., In my opinion this Facility does not honor their contracts. Be very careful when you are dealing with them. I believe they do not enter into agreements in good faith. We booked the facility and made the $1,500 deposit and the second payment of $2,000. A few months later we had to cancel. We called them and they said they should have no problem rebooking the date and we would get the second payment of $2,000 back. They rebooked the date but said they would not give us back the $2,000 because they booked it for less people. They require a minimum guarantee of 150 people. We didn't have a choice of the minimum guarantee they said everyone has to guarantee 150. We had not discussed the menu because it was still 10 months away and yet they said the people who booked the date c. We have now hired an attorney because they are not acting in good faith and honoring the agreement we signed in good faith but they did not.
