Pros: The building is new and clean. The director is very professional and always willing to answer your questions. Cons: Very disorganized, always losing the children's personal belongings. My child never comes home with what we bring there (cups, forks, blankets, etc), even when items are clearly marked. I've caught them not following sanitation standards, such as handwashing between diaper changes and not sanitizing changing pads between changes either. The staff in general consists of lazy 19 year olds. In the morning during drop off my child will be freaking out and most of the teachers will sit on their behinds and do nothing but eat while I struggle to make it to work on time. They don't even always greet you. I've also witnessed a staff member being huffy over an infant spitting up. HELLO that is not the infant's fault! The age range of children grouped together until 8:30 am is far too wide: infant through before school attendees (e.g. 10 year olds) are in the same room.
