My daughter was looking for a car and after going to many dealers in the tri-city area (with especially poor service from Priority) we ended up at Whitten. This was the only dealer who we did not feel was being manipulative, pushy and deceptive. Our salesperson, Buddy, and the manager were both upfront about the used vehicle she purchased and were more than accommodating with test drives for it to be checked out and when called with a potential concern with the vehicle they asked to bring it in and they would make it right, which they did and saved me several hundred dollars down the road (when I had notified Priority of a concern they had stated its a used vehicle, you can expect problems and later called to say the brakes did indeed have a problem as she had said & had been fixed- so now ready for purchase). I highly recommend Whitten of Ashland and plan to do further business with them. Patricia Vaughan

No stars for Whitten Brothers they are the worst car company I ever have dealt with.I bought a used truck 34000 miles 5 miles down the road and the passenger window shorts out. The wind shield leaks.I return it the same day and they replace the fuse and clean out the window track it was full of dirt.That weekend I replace the fuse 25 times.Both power outlets do not work I replaced those fuses also. The truck has a vibration at high speed and they tell me after only 1000 miles I need new tires What the heck 1000 miles and I need tires.I return again because the passenger window will not go down, they told me a penny was in it and tried to charge me for it I never even had any one in the truck so the penny came before I bought it.NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY CARE FOR ONLY ONE THING MONEY, I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NEVER BUY A CAR FROM WHITTEN BROTHERS.
