Good food. Really good ceviche, very fresh ingredients and flavors.Extremely LOUD. The servers are exceedingly loud (and sometimes smell of b.o.) and kitchen staff often throws fits, crashing dishes into the sink and banging pots and pans when they are frustrated. If you can't sit outside, away from the noise of immature employees, then it's probably not worth going.
