I stopped in at this Wendy's on June 3, 2015. While standing in line, I noticed the transaction in front of me. An elderly lady was being served. The staff was absolutely wonderful and patient with this lady. These young ladies went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. I was so impressed that when I paid for my order, I tried to tip them. I was informed that they cannot accept tips, but they certainly deserved it. The care they showed for their customers was genuine. I do not witness this kind of customer service often, but I'm glad I did yesterday. It made my day!

Love this Wendy's very fast service never mess up orders

I wasn't able to eat there and I haven't visited this location but my daughter and son was there over the weekend and my daughter forgot her wallet in the ladies bathroom. The staff and the manager there went above and beyond to return it to her. They even called her school looking for her. We live in Cincinnati which is almost 2 hours away, so the manager worked with me to have the wallet shipped back. You can't imagine how grateful we are. And we thank you so much for your help!
