      We have had awesome care at kingston, and would come back anytime... but one request change some food

      I have had experience with 2 family members being at Kingston. I would not consider any where else. It is tops. Everyone is friendly & knowledgeable. It is always very clean. They offer alot of activities. They also do family envolvement activities. I would rate it with all 5 starts
