They layer carpet in my home. My 7 month old kid could have cut the carpet straighter than their installers. And when I called back to complain they said there was nothing they could do to fix the problem it would cost me more money than the 700 dollars. I paid in the first place for a piece of carpet 12x16. So I really don't recommend this company to anybody. Total ripoff
