G4S Security is a international securiry company.They have offices out of several major and minor city's.Located in the U.S.A and all over the world.Over all the company is good to work for,But certain branches or offices located in some citys are not so great. The Ashland KY Office:Poorly staffed,Poorly trained officers and staff.Client's have been on a steady decline.And the Ashland office have lost several employees.They have a high turnover rate. Working conditions:Security officers are forced to endure any type of weather with little or no relief.Officers do not regularly get raises of any kind.Do not get decent insurance policys.Over all pay is low.Employees do not get reimbursed for wear and tare or gasoline for there personal vehicles they are forced to drive.The work hours are inconsistent for employees,As are the locations they work.The staff is friendly to there Employees and Clients.But are difficult to work with or for.Post conditions very,But most are unsanitary or unsafe.If you want to seek out there services then i suggest you get security services from G4S from a location other than the Ashland KY offices.If you want to work for G4S then i suggest applying at a different office.Most G4S locations are well trained and well staffed.So just request there services or apply for a job at a different location.Thats my opinion.Unsatisfied Customer.
