Very disappointed in the customer service. I buy jewelry. I like jewelry. I won't go into details but they have lost more money than they realize for not honoring a 15% off coupon and not compromising on ordering a ring and letting pay after it arrived. The ring was only 70 dollars and costs them a maximum of 35. She then said they couldn't order until they ordered 500 dollars worth of jewelry, etc. So if they knew where I worked and was willing to buy earrings today why not order the ring and let me pay on arrival. If she had to wait for 500 dollars it might it might have arrived a month later. I find the customer service very poor and will not shop there again.
