We are pleased to introduce our firm and would like to express our interest in providing architectural services for you. The selection of the design professionals that bring a project to fruition is a daunting task. SPACEPLAN and its principal, Carroll Hughes, bring over 32 years of architectural experience to the community and to our clients. Carroll has the insights and knowledge that only come from years of experience and through working on a variety of projects. Our firm provides services for both the private and public sectors ; from renovation projects to new construction. Project sizes vary from small residential to large commercial developments, including manufacturing, medical & dental offices, retail spaces, institutional, municipal and state projects. Each project has its own special requirements and challenges. The breadth of work in which SPACEPLAN has been involved gives the firm a wealth of expertise to apply to those challenges future projects may entail. Although we have a general architectural practice, we specialize in three main areas Medical Office buildings, Dental Office buildings and Forensic Architecture. Our focus in the Forensic arena is the prevention of moisture intrusion, determining the cause of moisture intrusion and proposing solutions. Most of our Forensic work involves shoddy construction, EIFS cladding and/or resulting mold. Our staff is well rounded. Each staff member is a professional with his or her own areas of expertise to contribute to the firm and our clients' specific needs. We take pride in our work and work well as a team.
