Well its unfortunate that this is the only review on the business as that could make it sound potentially less credible. This review pertains to customer service, which is the worst I have experienced of any local business. Both of the employees were exceptionally rude during my experience renting a U-Haul. The appointment was set up 3 days in advance to pick up a trailer sometime on a Friday afternoon. On said day, something came up and I realized I would have to pick up the trailer about 2 hours later. I went into the store directly and asked when the latest time I could pick it up would be. They said close. I later came 30 mins before close and was refused service because I inconvenienced them.
