Or on the playing field. OUR sports medicine team is comprised of medical professionals specializing in the treatment and care of bones. Muscles. Ligaments. Tendons and joints. Stop living with foot. Ankle. HIP. Knee. Hand. Elbow. Shoulder. And spinal pain. And drop in today! for extra convenience. We offer a walk in clinic weekday mornings for injured athletes and anyone seeking orthopedic care. If YOU cannot attend OUR morning walk in clinic. SAME-DAY appointments are available for WALK-INS and CALL-INS. CHECK-IN is AT 7:20 A. M. On a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED BASIS. PATIENTS under 18 must have a parent or guardian present, a signed note authorizing treatment MAY BE used in the absence of a parent or GUARDIAN. INSURANCE cards must BE presented AT time of service. If YOU are NOT insured or if we are NOT recognized AS a provider by your insurance Company. Payment is expected AT time of services.
