These apartments are appointed with all the amenities one might want.. walk in closet, dishwasher, etc. The building manager is excellent, the maintenance person competent. There is a rigorous screening process so your neighbors are almost guaranteed to be upright citizens.The walls are thick enough to absorb any noise your neighbors make. The door is not sound proofed, however, and you do hear what is going on in the hallway. There is one BIG but... it is across the street from a train switching yard, which means all day long there are trains being shunted back and forth. ALL DAY. It doesn't bother me at all, but I am unusual. If you get an apartment facing Ralph Street, it's nice and quiet, but facing Depot Street, very loud. Be sure you know which side of the building the apartment is on. I give it a four star rating because of the noise.
