I have been going here for around 15 years..Called about getting a eye exam and told them what insurance I had and my co-pay was $10.00.. I couldn't afford to get my glasses there so I would be just getting the exam ONLY..The Owner proceeded to tell me he would need to charge me $75.00 for the exam, because I wasn't getting my glasses there..I was like "what"...So I asked them to get my records together and they cant seem to find them???????

I have made use of this firm for years. I find the honesty and professionalism and trust appealing and comforting. I have recommended both family and friends to this firm. They accept Avesis insurance. I paid <$20 for my glasses - but I pat $200 a year for the insurance. After the second try, the optician got my glasses right. They could not read their own writing. About 5 months and my glasses turn my face green where they touch. They said I was allergic to the metal. No, the cheap coating came off. You get what you pay for, even after insurance I guess. Their only solution was to purchase more expensive frames. I'll go somewhere else for sure for that!

My husband and I absolutely had a wonderful experience here. From the time we arrived to the time we left, our experience was pleasurable. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. The optometrist was knowledgable,professional,and experienced. He was excellent in every way. The optician was very helpful and knowledgable as well. He helped my husband select the exact kind of frames he wanted in a short amount of time. They have a nice selection of eye wear by the way. We have been to other opticians and optometrists, and they don't compare to what we experienced today at all. If you want excellence in service as well as an excellent,professional, thorough exam, you need to check this place out. We will definitely continue to go back for sure. We were very satisfied.
