Bought the 06 Ford explorer 2 weeks wheel bearings went out told them both went out. Sent car in came out with only one side fixed. So had to send it back in AGAIN. Then it came back to me with the abs light on because they didn't change out wire with hub. The transmission went out. Called well your wheel bearing took off 340. Of your 2000. Warranty. That's all the warranty is guys just 2000. And they charge labor at there own shop and take that out of the warranty.... So they finally said ok those wheel barrings didn't count. Ok so it took them 2 1/2 weeks for them to put transmission in. I stated I wanted my old one back. Bought another warranty on transmission threw other company since I have no warranty on my car now. I took a video of my car before it went in. I just knew they would mess something up. Well got car back no heat or ac. The wiring harness on top of motor. Rattling under car. I have two kids that are riding around this am in 29 degree weather with no heat cause of these people. So got transmission back it's cut on the housing so it's trash I can't rebuild it now. There is money that they have costed me. They said oh I'll give you the next transmission we get in. Well haven't received one yet. My rear main seal is leaking. That was one problem why I didn't get it back sooner cause they didn't know what was going on. I WANT MY KIDS TO HAVE HEAT. FOR A CAR LOT TO DO THIS TO KIDS. IS UNCALLED FOR. I took car back they said heat wasn't there problem. They would fix rattling but that was it. Well I want the money for my old transmission and my heat fixed.If you mess something up you fix it. Well benchmark auto don't. Oh and did I mention I haven't ever ever missed a payment on my car. Oh yeah. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Oh got bill back on transmission and they charged me for cleaning my breaks ect. Wtf. I didn't ask for that or any of the other stupid charges on there.All I wanted was my car fixed but every time it went in. It came out with way more problems than it had before.My husband wrote a review and you deleted it. I screened shot it too. So next up google review. Contacted BBB. I won't stop till my heat is fixed and my car is fixed. The right way.This is screened shot as well and I'm sending g it to BBB also with the other one you deleted.

talk about rip off artists-got a vehicle from here-put 2000.00 down 6 months ago so warranty covered(i think not) this vehicle broke down 80 miles from home 2 weeks ago with our 2 small children with us on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere- 285.00 to have it towed to their lot on saturday-since monday was labor day we had to wait till wednesday to talk to them-mind you someone had put block sealant in the radiator and it gummed up causing this car to overheat almost blowing head gasket. They wouldnt return our calls for a whole week-so we were carless-finally get it back 4 days ago.I take them 100.00 deductable plus 73.00 payment.They call yesterday wanting another payment or they were going to shut it off- would say lady but she isnt that we talked to was really nasty and said they did us a favor-ha!! we dropped the car off in their lot yesterday- how sad is that??? I wish I still had my 173.00 right now cause we are broke due to them. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE
