A hidden gem in downtown Asheville. An oasis to delight the senses! 45 minutes of pure relaxation. Total rejuvenation and shire bliss. Highly recommend this to anyone who is visiting Asheville or just needs time for themselves during a hectic day

Highly recommend this beautiful relaxing spa. Give your self a real treat and experience this rejuvenating space / 45 minutes of pure heaven. Great for allergies, migraines, asthma and more
I suffer from asthma and after trying a 45 min. session I found much easier breathing and significant less need for my 'rescue' inhaler. It was great and as a benefit my stress level went way down.
