      General Info

      We are a wellness center with a full-service gym, acupuncture, health coaching, massage, yoga and physical therapy, all under one roof. We're one of the only independent, locally owned gyms in West Asheville, and we're the ONLY fitness center that services seniors, baby boomers, and cross-fitters alike. Our unique cross-fitness approach is adaptable for all ages and ability levels, and we keep our classes small to ensure personalized attention at all times. Our personal trainers & physical therapists possess an unparalleled level of compassion and expertise. We also have an Endless Current Pool, which we use for Aquatic Physical Therapy as well as group fitness classes, individual swim time, and swimming lessons for children & adults. Fitness center memberships are $49/month + $15 each additional person. Month-to-month and contract plans available - earn discounts with our contract plan! Discounts also available to veterans, Buncombe County employees, police & firefighters, GoLocal card holders and annual ART bus pass holders.
