Superb Car Buying Experience... I was in search of an AWD vehicle. I called Anderson Nissan in Asheville and spoke to a salesman named Bob Miles. I explained to him exactly what I was looking for. The following day I received a phone call from Mark explaining to me what an awesome deal he had worked out for me. Not only did I get an awesome deal but I got a Brand New 2014 Nissan Rogue AWD. What I liked the best was that there were no hidden fees or no hassle in purchasing the vehicle. Everything I was told during my phone call conversation was exactly what happened when I got to the dealership. The finance process was very quick and smooth. I was in and out of there in 2 hours. I tell you what i had a great buying experience at anderson nissan everyone was very friendly!!
The service engine light came on in my car. I stopped at the dealer to see if they could either look at it or give me an appointment. I was told they were too busy and could not help me. At that time there was only three cars lined up to be serviced. I was not asking for it to be fixed - I just wanted someone to tell me if my car was safe to drive until I could get it fixed. But they didn't care and ignored me after they said they could not help me. I will NOT buy my next nissan from them. Too bad their loss - I was planning on buying two vehicles - and paying cash!

The head of the Service Department, Steve Jarrett, was great. Never steared us wrong, always told the truth, helped us out, and was as honest as the day is long. We bought several cars because of him. He's gone now and replaced by some guy who doesn't seem to know anything about cars generally. So, what was once a great Customer Service/Parts operation (the real place that sells cars) is now poor. We are trying to hunt down this Service Manager because we trusted him so much. Sad. They should have given him anything he wanted to stay and keep selling cars. Their loss. Now to find this guy and buy a car from him and KNOW he will keep it running perfectly without us worrying we are getting the shaft.
