Had one tire to be balanced and replaced, after tire was balanced and set on frame it sat there for over 25 mins, having a 30 minute lunch break, I had no time to eat and was 10 mins late. I ended up putting on the tire myself being in a rush to get back to work, it wasn't until I had almost finished getting it on; An employee( one of 5 walking back and forth) offered to tighten the lugnut for me. Laughingly declined his generous offer, will not have anymore vehicles serviced here.

Do not! I repeat DO NOT take your vehicle here for tires. These individuals mess up stubs and strip lugs and do not take accountability for it. I’ve been dealing with them since I moved to Asheboro one year ago and the first visit one lug got messed up and this the visit today now has me with 3 missing lugs. These individuals are ruthless and hung up on me when I tried to discuss the matter

Never been so disappointed in my life. A regular customer and you guys treat me like dirt. A couple of weeks ago, I take my car up here to the shop get two new front tires and as I'm watching the guy i could see in his eyes that he made a mistake and sure enough he calls me over to tell me he bent my rim so the manager or whoever it was, came over to fix it and couldn't get it to bend back completely but said it was okay to drive on. So 2 weeks pass and I'm driving down my road and my tire just rolls off the rim. I take it back to tell the mm what was wrong and to find out there wasn't one hole in the tire, so IT HAS TO BE BECAUSE THE RIM WAS BENT. They told me it would cost $90 to fix it but they wouldn't do it. Denied every bit of my story and the owner whoever "Jimmy" is, says he's been "trying his best" to help me but here I am still driving with a spare. The last place I'd expect to do this to me honestly. I usually love helping small business within the community but after an experience like this, I could care less about this place.

These dummies are not fit for business. I need someone to explain to me in dummy terms why I went with 5 lugs on each tire and leave with 3 lugs on one and 4 lugs on the other. All of a sudden they claim my studs are stripped. These cats won’t even take responsibility for stripping the studs.
